Pretentious? Nah, I don't think so
You might think I'm being all pretentios when I'm writing in English, but I promise, I'm not. I'm just 'combining business with pleasure' and practising my english at the same time as I'm bloging :]
And I truly believe that this is a win-win situation for everybody. No I'm just kidding. That's a bit pretentious, assuming that someone gives a shit.
Yesterday, I worked at the Church election. Giving out envelopes, helping people who don't know how the election works, what the different parties stand for etc. There were mostly people between 50 and 90 there. The oldest voter was born 1915! And she voted, so shame on you who are younger and were too lazy to vote.
After having counted the votes, we had been there 14 hours. So I was pretty tired!
But it felt like I had done charity work or something, being all nice to the old people all day ;]
Okey, now I've wasted like twenty minutes on this, so I have to continue to study spanish. I feel like I'm in the seventh grade or something, because I'm studying a completely new thing. Ah well, it's fun! I've found a Colombian señor and a Spanish señorita to practise with! :] It really makes it more fun, and I learn a lot more :]
¡Hasta Luego!

Mo Russian Blue or just an incredibly beautiful kit?
Mo's origin has recently become more of an mystery when our Vet said he thought Mo has some Russian Blue in him. He said it was the first time he wrote that a cat was "blue" in the description-box on his vaccination card. And when I looked up pics of Russian Blue online I was astonished with how much Mo looks like one!
I think that his mother is a stray that lives somewhere around my parents-in-law's house, and when come to think of it, she had kittens last summer to (unfortunately, none of them survived), and they were all grey. The mother is also grey, so maybe she is a Russian.
But there's some things that don't really fit in with the description of a Russian, his eyes are more yellow than they are green, but I've never believed he was a purebred.
I have high hopes for his fur, though. It is undescribeable, it's more like wool than fur, but I suppose it will become more clear if he got characteristic Russian fur when he gets grown-up fur.

New Pics!
Nemi and Mo's first meeting :]
It turned out to be a pretty quiet meeting with some sniffing and suspicious glances.
But I'm very proud of Nemi, she only growled a little at him once. Mo was very brave, we took him to our place to introduce him to Nemi (his mother won't let other cats near him in their house).
And Mo seems to like Robin, he fell asleep when Robin was holding him :]
It was a very good day for cats today, when I took Mo back to his mother, we were just in time for some yummy lunch! :]
